El Especialista en el Centro de Llamadas es responsable de gestionar las comunicaciones con pacientes de alto volumen, tanto entrantes como salientes, a través de las entidades del Grupo de Salud SFP. Este rol apoya la programación de citas, las consultas de los pacientes, la coordinación de la atención y el seguimiento administrativo, asegurando una experiencia excepcional para el paciente. El especialista debe demostrar sólidas habilidades de multitarea, profesionalismo y eficiencia en un entorno de atención médica de ritmo acelerado. Fuerte comprensión de los flujos de trabajo de atención médica y la coordinación de pacientes. Dominio de sistemas EHR (preferiblemente Athena o similar). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y escucha activa. Fuertes habilidades de multitarea y organización. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y de alto volumen.
