    • June 11, 14, 19-20
    • July 6, 9, 18

Clinical Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Level 4 Trauma Facility
• Practice Settings: Outpatient
• Beds, 9, 6

Requirements:

• Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must be Board Certified FM/IM w/ ED experience or ED Boarded
  • Physicians who are boarded in Emergency Medicine are not required to provide BLS, ACLS, PALS or ATLS certification
• Prefer clean malpractice history/NPDB
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Fellowship preferred
