Director of Operations: Lean Manufacturing & Delivery
Whelan Machine
Whelan Machine is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing across machining, welding, assembly, offload, and materials. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost, reporting to the General Manager.
Lead and develop multiple managers and coordinate production priorities to meet schedules and customer dates. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in supervisory roles, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, and strong Lean/IT/ERP skills.
