LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona
Are you an experienced Billing or Accounting professional with a background in government contracting?
We're recruiting for an Advanced Billing Associate and looking for someone who understands the importance of accurate invoicing, compliance, audit-ready documentation, and keeping the billing cycle moving.
This opportunity could be a strong fit if you have experience with:
???? FFP, T&M, and commercial invoicing
???? Advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables & data analysis
????? Government contract accounting
???? FAR, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, CAS and/or SOX
???? Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, or similar financial systems
???? Billing audits and audit-ready documentation
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
U.S. citizenship required
