Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do: * Communicate with customers
* Process and track orders
* Handle order changes, delivery updates, and basic complaints
* Monitor on-time delivery
* Maintain customer accounts and inventory
* Provide backup phone support Requirements: * Basic computer and office skills
* Able to work independently
* Available for overtime
