Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Specialty (SNF) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position involves providing specialized rehabilitative services to patients requiring therapy to improve mobility and functional independence. The role is critical for patient recovery and quality of care delivery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Certifications/Education Requirements: Valid state licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist; graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program; 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with at least 0 years required
- Additional Information: The position is a critical need assignment supporting a fast-paced rehab environment; candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
