A team of highly-skilled RN's, LPN's and Certified Nurse Assistants support residents recuperating from surgery, stroke or illness. Clinton Manor also specializes in assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals (also known as DSPs) provide hands‑on, person‑centered, direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities whom reside with us. Previous experience as a long‑term care nurse is preferred. Must be proficient in the use of computer and programs utilized by the facility. CPR certification is required as per guidelines at the healthcare provider level. Must have sufficient written and verbal communication skills to understand instructions and complete basic charting functions and must maintain confidentiality.
