Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Montesano, WA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role provides an opportunity to impact patient outcomes while working in a supportive clinical environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• OTR required. COTA candidates may be considered where applicable; note COTA-specific requirements are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions.
• Proficiency in documenting using electronic medical records.
• Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
