Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cardiovascular OR settings
• Proficient in perioperative, circulating, and scrub nursing roles
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new protocols and tech platforms

Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative care for cardiac and vascular surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to optimize patient safety and outcomes
• Maintain strict sterile technique and anticipate surgeon needs
• Monitor patient status and document care delivered
