Job Title

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma. Enrolled at UTMB at least half time.

Job Related Duties:

Perform inspections of safety equipment such as safety showers, eyewashes, AEDS, and chemical fume hoods.

Perform data entry of activity and permit records into Environmental Health & Safety's EHS database, EHS Assistant.

Review existing data records for accuracy and make corrections based upon feedback received.

Perform QA/QC reviews of electronic records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Apply internal procedures to the management of EHS permits in EHS Assistant.

Convert paper records into electronic format for recordkeeping in EHS Assistant or other approved systems.
