Maintenance Technician

Liberty Self Storage LLC

Job Description

This position is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance throughout our 12 self-storage facilities. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. Experience in general maintenance and familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

2. Energetic and willing to learn

3. Must be able to communicate effectively

4. Time Management Skills, Self-motivated

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :

Current driver’s license
Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
Must be able to pass a criminal history investigation and drug test
Be 21 Years of age (to drive company vehicle)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Moderate noise levels. Frequent walking, grasping, carrying, bending, crouching, climbing and reaching in order to perform duties for the position.

Job Type : Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8 Hour Days)
