A contract Pharmacist opportunity is available starting September 28th for a duration of 5+ weeks in Bend, OR. This position offers a standard 8am-5pm schedule, providing a structured workday focused on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and support.
Responsibilities include distributing medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and safety in every transaction. You will also be responsible for educating customers about their medications and proper usage, emphasizing patient safety and compliance. A strong commitment to superior customer service is essential to enhance the patient experience.
Ideal candidates will hold an active Oregon pharmacy license and have experience in Retail and Long Term Care pharmacy settings. This background ensures familiarity with diverse medication distribution environments and patient populations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License
- Experience in Retail pharmacy and Long Term Care pharmacy preferred
- Strong communication skills to provide clear medication guidance
- Commitment to patient safety and quality service delivery
