The Opportunity

Join our Private Banking Ultra High Net Worth team as a Relationship Manager Associate, supporting senior bankers in delivering best‑in‑class service to UHNW clients and their families. This role sits close to complex client needs and bespoke solutions across banking, lending, and investment services. You’ll coordinate internal specialists, keep client activity moving smoothly and help maintain a disciplined approach to business development through CRM and pipeline management. Success means clients receive timely, accurate support, materials are prepared to a high standard and risks are surfaced early. You’ll also contribute to process improvements that strengthen the overall client experience.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Prepare meeting materials, investment proposals, and client presentations
• Monitor client portfolios and banking activity to support alignment with client goals and risk tolerance
• Ensure activity complies with regulatory requirements, including suitability and cross‑border rules
• Maintain accurate client records and support periodic client reviews
• Coordinate across internal teams such as investment specialists, credit, trust, and operations to deliver a seamless experience
• Escalate potential risks or compliance concerns promptly through the appropriate channels
• Support reporting, management dashboards, and special projects for the wider team

What we're looking for

• Bring relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Show a consistent focus on accuracy and attention to detail across client and business activity
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment, including under time pressure
• Use MS Office confidently, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Apply CRM effectively to track business development activity and support pipeline management
• Hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 and 65 or 66 certification or bring equivalent demonstrable capability and a willingness to obtain them within a defined period
• Operate with a strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and client service excellence

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
