The Senior Compliance Associate will handle a range of compliance functions independently and help guide Associates and Interns to ensure tasks are handled in a timely manner. Ideally, employees remain in the Senior Compliance Associate role for 1-2 years, and their learning provides a clear pathway for growth into a Client Manager role.

- Accounting & Reconciliation (20%)
- Perform complete QuickBooks and NGP setup for assigned campaigns.
- Reconcile campaign financials weekly, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

- Keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where precision matters. Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proactive and creative problem solving. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ideally this person has tenacity and grit, as the correct answer is not always the most obvious.
