About the Role:
Dustin Nelson Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Coleman, FL for large-scale land clearing operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and take pride in operating heavy equipment with precision and efficiency, we want to hear from you!
- Operate excavators and heavy equipment for large-scale land clearing projects
- Clear trees, brush, stumps, and debris from job sites safely and efficiently
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with ground crew and other equipment operators to maintain safe job site conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Proven experience operating excavators, preferably on Large Scale land clearing
- Ability to operate various sizes of excavators and related heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of land clearing techniques, including tree and stump removal
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
