Company Description FOCUS PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC is an outpatient physical therapy practice offering one-on-one patient care based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We offer a hybrid model combining care in our clinic as well as home visits primarily in beautiful Paradise Valley and an Independent Living facility. The company focuses on helping active older adults restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Role Description This is a flexible part-time or PRN Physical Therapist opportunity with the option to grow to full-time. Patient care occurs in both our clinic and in patients'homes, primarily in a nearby Independent living facility and in Paradise Valley. Most of our patients are older adults and active seniors working on strength, balance, mobility, orthopedic recovery, fall prevention, and maintaining independence. Why Join Our Team?
