Procurement Operations AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and pricing functions within the organization. This role is responsible for managing inventory across our network while executing and maintaining pricing strategy to support broader business goals.Inventory ManagementIn this capacity, the Analyst will own day-to-day purchasing activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and cultivate strong vendor relationships. The role also contributes to strategic planning initiatives, supports continuous process improvement efforts, and helps ensure pricing strategies remain aligned with overall business objectives.PricingThe Analyst will be responsible for executing and maintaining pricing strategies that drive sales growth, optimize gross profit, and improve operating margins. This includes leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate pricing performance, monitor competitive market trends, and ensure consistency in pricing across product categories and distribution channels.ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance.Execute pricing strategies aligned with organizational goals for sales, gross profit, and operating margin.Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination.Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members.Continuously evaluate pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics.Assist with competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability.Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance.
