Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med/Surg

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg unit
• Manage patient ratios typically between 1:1 - 3:1
• Handle surgical and medical management procedures such as cholecystectomy and appendectomy
• Independently assess and adapt to patient needs and unit requirements

Requirements of the RN - Med/Surg

• 1 year of current hospital acute care Med/Surg experience
• Valid BLS certification
• Preferred: Mom/baby experience with NRP certification
