Service Manager

Service Manager Location: Spokane Valley, WA, US, 99216 Requisition Number: 226445 Job Description Cintasis seeks a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successfully resolving customer‑related issues; training team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing a budget and handling operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill; performing managerial duties. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
