What you will do in this role : The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will operate as a significant support to the DON. You will be training and orienting new staff members, supervising and leading others as well as being involved with specialty program development. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON): What we need from you : Registered Nurse (RN) 1-3+ years of experience as an ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an ICF or SNF setting is ideal Experience leading: restorative, wound care, falls prevention and pain management or other specialty programming Strong CNA leadership experience We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine.
