Process pay-off checks and ACH transactions for trades and purchases. Work with finance and sales managers to expedite car deal processing. Generate and maintain commission reports. Process title work as needed. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Qualifications Must learn quickly and work within time constraints. Strong ethics is a must, position requires knowledge of sensitive information. Attention to detail with ability to take direction. Positive and hardworking personality. Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and Dealership management systems. Automotive experience preferred.
