Great Atlantic Trading Inc. , the family-owned company behind Caviar Star, is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & Content Specialist to help grow our brands across social media, email, ecommerce, and other marketing channels. 

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can take an idea or marketing goal and turn it into polished content—without needing every step mapped out for them. 

We’re looking for someone who has a strong visual eye, understands social media, enjoys creating photo and video content, and is comfortable learning and working across different marketing platforms. 

What You’ll Do 

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other channels 
• Shoot and edit product photography, Reels, short-form video, and lifestyle content 
• Develop social media campaigns that support brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and sales 
• Write captions and help maintain an engaging, consistent brand voice 
• Create and send email marketing campaigns and promotions 
• Design marketing materials such as sell sheets, flyers, menus, presentations, ads, and event materials 
• Assist with Shopify product pages, imagery, collections, promotions, and general website content 
• Monitor social trends, competitors, and emerging content ideas 
• Track social and campaign performance and use insights to improve future content 
• Help manage community engagement, collaborations, influencers, and user-generated content 
• Organize our growing library of photography, video, graphics, and marketing assets 
• Contribute creative ideas for product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, packaging, merchandise, and other brand projects 

Who We’re Looking For  

You’re someone who is creative, resourceful, organized, and comfortable figuring things out. 

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be able to take a general direction and independently move a project forward. 

We’d especially like someone who: 

• Has a strong eye for branding, photography, design, and visual storytelling 
• Understands what makes content work on social media 
• Can shoot and edit quality photo and video content 
• Writes clear, engaging marketing copy 
• Is comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms 
• Keeps up with social media trends and changing platforms 
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines 
• Takes initiative and brings new ideas to the table 
• Is comfortable receiving feedback while still taking ownership of their work 

Helpful Experience 

Experience with any combination of the following is a plus: 

Canva • Adobe Creative Suite • CapCut/Premiere • Photography • Video Editing • Instagram • TikTok • Pinterest • Klaviyo • Shopify • Email Marketing • Ecommerce • Graphic Design • AI Creative Tools 

Experience in food, hospitality, restaurants, ecommerce, luxury goods, or consumer brands is helpful but not required. 

A specific degree is not required. Your portfolio, creative instincts, initiative, and ability to execute matter more to us. 

About the Role 

We are based in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Some work can be done remotely, but we prefer someone who can regularly be on-site to photograph products, create video content, and capture what’s happening within the business. 

Our ideal person isn't waiting for a detailed list of assignments every day. We want someone who can hear: 

“We want to feature Osetra caviar for fall entertaining.” 

...and turn that into content ideas, photography or video, social posts, an email campaign, and supporting graphics to bring back for review.
