Summary Pay: $17.00-$21.00/hour, based on education and experience Schedule:Monday-Friday We’re seeking a passionate and experiencedLead Teacherto join our early childhood education team at our Athens, Watkinsville, and Bogart locations. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning in our preschool environment. Your contributions will help shape the future of our students and support their growth in a safe and engaging setting. What You’ll Do Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, social skills, and physical development. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive interactions among students. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities. Foster a love for learning through creative play, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
