Contract | Days | Outpatient / Inpatient Hospital Setting

Evaluate and treat patients in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings

Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Nebraska or ability to obtain prior to start

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current BLS/CPR certification

Experience working in a hospital-based outpatient and/or inpatient environment

Experience in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings

Strong documentation and communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
