- Support contract negotiations by providing detailed cost analysis and insights.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Estimator should have:
- Experience with construction cost estimating and preparing competitive bids.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
