Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer sales orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, product availability, shipping, delivery, and product substitutions.
• Provide product information and recommend alternative products when appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Utilize CRM and order management systems to support daily operations.
• Assist with invoicing and other administrative customer service functions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support customers throughout the entire order process, from order entry through delivery.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and basic Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related office environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or industrial environments is a plus but not required.
