Aire Serv of East Valley is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units and components
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately
• Represent the Aire Serv brand with professionalism on every job site

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, or repair experience
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and on rooftops
