About the Company and Opportunity: * Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 * Culture: Team‑oriented environment with strong collaboration across departments * Workplace: Beautiful, modern facility with unique amenities including onsite trails, fitness center, and recreational areas * Leadership: Highly engaged executive team with direct involvement from the CEO and President * Global Exposure: Expanding international footprint, including recent growth into Canada and strong ties across Asia * Employee Engagement: Frequent company events and activities that promote connection and team culture * Innovation: Ongoing investment in new products, systems, and process improvements * Technology: SAP environment currently undergoing a multi‑year upgrade initiative Key Responsibilities of the Senior Cost Analyst Role: * Partner closely with operations to analyze costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings * Support product costing and inventory valuations across domestic and international supply chains * Prepare journal entries and complete account and bank reconciliations * Analyze procurement, production, and inventory activity to ensure accurate cost allocation * Participate in cost‑saving initiatives and provide insight into margin improvement opportunities * Assist with collections and credit‑related activities in coordination with the credit team * Provide backup support for accounts payable and billing, including international wire activity Requirements for the Senior Cost Analyst Role: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance * Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred #INJUL2026
