Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Michigan physical therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs
• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students physical and functional abilities within school environments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students educational goals
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services following IEPs and 504 plans
• Document sessions, progress, and student outcomes as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Educate and engage families and staff on strategies to maximize each students potential
• Ensure all interventions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
