Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, skilled MIG Welder to support fabrication, repair, and installation of custom boat docks, structural components, and marine-related metal work. This role requires hands-on welding experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• Fabricate and assemble boat docks, ramps, railings, and structural frames
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
• Repair and modify existing dock systems and marine structures
• Cut, grind, and prep materials using hand tools and welding equipment

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in welding or metal fabrication (required)
• Experience with structural or outdoor welding projects preferred
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and schematics
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
