Site HR ManagerNammo Perry is a center of excellence for the design, development and production of munitions and pyrotechnic products for the U.S. Department of Defense. Nammo employees working at the Florida site manufacture all types of 40mm low and high velocity ammunition; pyrotechnic marking; signaling and tactical illumination devices; battlefield effects training simulators; demolition charges; hand grenade fuzes; and other ammunition components. Additionally, they provide load, assemble, and pack (LAP) services for large caliber direct-fire ammunition.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Human Resources Manager to join our team. You will work on-site at our facility in Perry, Florida and be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all site Human Resource functions and activities with a heavy emphasis on culture and employee relations. You will partner with employees and leaders to align business and people strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the organization. This position will report directly to the Site HR Director of Nammo Perry.Unique Benefits Designed with Care:Monday - Thursday work week working 10-hour daysRelocation assistance provided401(K) with a 6% company match100% Employer-Paid Employee Only Medical Plan OptionEmployer Health Saving Account ContributionsTwo week's vacation, one-week sick pay, and nine paid holidaysWhat You'll Do: Precision in ActionInteract with site leadership and employee base as well as collaborate with other Nammo facilities.Full life cycle recruitment for new team members to include entry level production as well as exempt-professional technical and administrative staff.Creatively source top talent to include leveraging social media to support recruitment objectivesNetwork through industry contacts, college/trade school contacts, association memberships, trade groups, career fairs and current employees.Facilitate new hire orientation along with associated paperwork including I-9 and E-Verify documentation.Serve as primary lead for implementing the logistics/ organization of intercompany training programs.Coordinate practical arrangements related to personnel relocation in co-operation with President/General Manager or Project Manager.Serve as the liaison between the payroll department and employees to process paperwork for all employee changes, new hires, terminations, change in title, pay, department, etc.Partner to promote ongoing leadership development and drive organizational results.Support regulatory compliance achievement and monitoring in all areas of HR for the organization.Manage employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating employee questions, issues, and concerns. Help to determine and execute appropriate course of action.Coordinate training for leaders and employees to ensure consistency and compliance within regulatory requirements and related policies and procedures. Partners with other system functions for consistent delivery of training.Collaborates with all HR teams to enhance and facilitate performance improvement.
