Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. Resolve customer concerns. Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages. Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements. Show ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Have good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills. Provide reliable transportation.
