Plant Controller

Baxter seeks a Plant Controller for its Jayuya, Puerto Rico manufacturing facility, overseeing ~$144 million in annual production value. This senior finance leadership role serves as the site's CFO, providing financial strategy, operational support, and governance across the plant's supply chain and ~800-person workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close processes
• Ensure GAAP, SOX, and policy compliance while maintaining P&L and balance sheet ownership
• Provide timely financial performance reporting, business trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership
• Partner with operations to improve performance, manage variances, optimize working capital, and drive profitability
• Support capital planning and identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• 7+ years manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or plant finance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and inventory management
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive change, implement improvements, and deliver business results
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence leaders across levels
• Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations leaders on business performance

Compensation: $112,000–$154,000 base
