Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission on Successfully Closed Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships and turning existing opportunities into closed business. You will proactively contact customers about open quotes, upcoming projects, club memberships, and additional service needs across plumbing, heating, cooling, and drains.

The right person is confident on the phone, curious about customer needs, consistent with follow-up, and comfortable asking for the business. You will take ownership of each opportunity from the first conversation through the sale and handoff to our team.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on estimates and quotes that have not yet been booked and identify what may be holding the customer back.
• Contact existing customers about upcoming work, future projects, club memberships, and other sales opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and adapt your communication style to different customers.
• Listen for customer needs, concerns, and future opportunities.
• Explain approved service options, pricing, memberships, and offers clearly.
• Handle objections with empathy and sound judgment and ask for the sale.
• Involve technicians or managers when technical questions arise.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, opportunity status, and next steps in our customer management system.
• Coordinate with customer service, dispatch, and field teams to ensure sold work is scheduled accurately.
• Manage your follow-up pipeline daily and follow through on customer commitments.

• Comfortable using customer management software and documenting conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are strongly valued.

Success means converting existing opportunities into booked work while maintaining customer trust and supporting profitable sales. Performance will be measured by:

• Closed sales and revenue from assigned opportunities
• Conversion of open quotes into booked jobs
• Club memberships sold
• Timely follow-up and accurate records
• Maintaining a current sales pipeline
• Quality of customer conversations and handoffs to the service team

Compensation & Application
This is an in-office position offering a competitive base salary plus commission on successfully closed sales. Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
