Full-Time Occupational Therapist
Provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning. Join a collaborative team to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide individualized therapy to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
