I opened my agency in 1992 and have proudly served our community as a State Farm agent for over 30 years. Were a close-knit team of three, and we take a lot of pride in providing a consistent, reliable experience for every customer who trusts us with their insurance needs.

Giving back is important to us, and our team volunteers a couple times each year with the Arkansas Food Bank Network to support families in our community. For our team, we offer PTO, health, dental, and vision benefits, along with licensing reimbursement. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andre Pendleton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
