CROWN AUTO REPAIR is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Auto Shop Service Manager to join our team. Qualifications Proven experience as an Auto Shop Service Manager or a similar role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and service operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using computer systems for shop management and record keeping. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
