Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.Major Duties:Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual eventsMake decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfactionCarefully monitors the operation of the F&B and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problemsFollows operational policies and procedures, including safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shiftMaintains a clean and organized workspaceEngage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communicationMaintains clean and neat personal presentation following dress code guidelines, wearing the designated uniform with a nametag and long hair is secured with a hair tie or clip.Available to perform many different tasks within the hotel kitchen during each shiftRespond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints.Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests.Must be able to visually inspect areas, compare observations to standards and correct deficiencies.Obtain any locally required certifications.Physical Requirements:Must be able to walk and stand throughout the duration of a shiftContinuously lifting, carrying 5-10lbs throughout the shift.Able to up to lift 25 pounds occasionallyAble to bend and kneel occasionallyQualifications:Over age 17Able to obtain food handlers licenseWarm friendly attitude and willingness to help people
