Madison Family Dental Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our state-of-the-art practice. Requirements

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of California
CPR and AED Certification required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
Take and interpret dental X-rays to assist in diagnosing oral health conditions
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and home care routines
Assess oral health status, document findings accurately, and communicate concerns to the dentist
Apply preventive materials such as fluoride treatments and dental sealants as needed
Maintain precise patient records using electronic health record systems
Stay current on dental hygiene best practices and guidelines through continuing education
Support a positive, comfortable environment for patients throughout their visit

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Friday: By appointment only
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Occasional weekends as needed
