Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The Newark, CA plant is currently accepting resumes for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. This position is responsible for general maintenance with mechanical and minor electrical skills.

Perform routine and schedule maintenance on process equipment to maintain uptime. Fabrication as needed. Perform inventory existing parts and report use for reorder. Maintain work area according to plant standard for safety, efficiency and cleanliness. Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two (2) or more years related experience and/or training. 33.25 - $41.29 per hour (there are levels within this range).

Must have open availability and Weekend availability is required. Typically, the shift is 6 am - 2:30 pm but in the event of long projects or emergencies, we may require longer shifts. Probability of Call-In, Overtime and Nights / Weekends.
