We are a well-regarded, physician-led gastroenterology practice located in central Washington, currently looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to enhance our expanding team. This role offers a high volume of procedures, immediate patient demand, and a robust internal referral system, along with a clear pathway to partnership after the first year.

Position Overview:

• Procedural Focus: Approximately 70% procedures and 30% clinic work.
• Immediate Volume: High procedural demand with the opportunity to quickly increase patient load.
• Partnership Track: One-year partnership track leading to RVU-based compensation.
• Call Schedule: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call responsibilities.
• No Admissions: Strong hospitalist support available.
• General GI Focus: Access to advanced GI support as needed.
• Collaborative Environment: Join a physician-led team that values teamwork.
• Referral Network: Benefit from a strong internal referral system.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Ranges from $573,000 to $620,000.
• Signing Bonus: Starting at $40,000, plus relocation assistance.
• Benefits Stipend: $600 per month.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package including malpractice coverage.
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with an immediate 5% match, fully vested from Day 1.
• Continuing Medical Education: $10,000 every two years.
