About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Day Shift Caregiver to join our team in Paradise Valley, Arizona . As a Day Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes

• Assisting with medication management and administering medications as needed

• Accompanying clients on outings and participating in activities that promote socialization and engagement

• Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating with healthcare teams

• Collaborating with colleagues and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer clients as needed

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
