Behavior Analyst (Spanish Speaking Female Candidates Only)

Santa Ana, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (33-35 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Morning, Afternoon & Evening availability required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level ABA Supervisor who is actively working toward becoming a BCBA. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and supervision hours while supporting high-quality ABA service delivery in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Overlap regularly with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure quality service delivery
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and guidance to therapists
Support implementation of treatment and behavior intervention plans
Assist with program updates, data collection, and skill tracking
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and clinical leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Currently enrolled in (or actively pursuing) a Master's program in ABA or related field.
1-2 years of ABA experience required.
Strong understanding of ABA principles.
Ability to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
Strong communication, organization, and reliability.
