Reach Truck & Cherry Picker Operator
Abacus Staffing is seeking experienced Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Operators for a leading distribution center in the Cranbury/Monroe, NJ area. If you have recent forklift experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate Crown Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (required)
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Move, store, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick, verify, and pack orders accurately
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Palletize and shrink-wrap products as needed
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience
- Experience operating:
- Reach Truck (Required)
- Cherry Picker (Required)
- Sit-Down Forklift (Preferred)
- Electric Pallet Jack (Preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
