Sigma HomeCare is actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides, Companion Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Northville and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits- Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.40 per hour

- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help clients with daily living activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate
- Offer medication reminders
- Complete care documentation and report client updates
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
