Strategic HR Partner: Talent & Labor Relations

TECO Energy, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals across leadership teams. You will guide talent, performance, and labor relations while driving change initiatives that reinforce our culture and workforce planning. Required: 5+ years in HRBP roles, experience in regulated utilities, and strong knowledge of employment laws.
