Your Responsibilities:

Deliver Patient Care

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health histories
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in line with best practices

Educate & Support Patients

• Provide education on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle, and preventive care
• Offer wellness screenings, immunizations, and chronic care management
• Help patients and families navigate care plans and long-term wellness goals

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams
• Contribute insights during case reviews and treatment discussions
• Support nursing staff and provide clinical leadership as needed

Monitor Progress & Ensure Compliance

• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain detailed documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
• Follow HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
• Stay informed on emerging medical practices and standards of care

What You Bring:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Ohio
• Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach
• Prior experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
