About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and permitting through close-out
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or risks
• Review architectural plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee quality control standards
• Prepare and communicate project updates, reports, and budget tracking to leadership
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and construction workflows
• Support procurement and material coordination as needed

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with project management and construction software is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
