This role uses data modeling, machine learning, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions to deliver insights, automate workflows, and create scalable applications for stakeholders across the organization. Essential Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from various sources Develop, validate, and refine predictive models and machine‑learning algorithms Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate insights to leadership Conduct statistical analysis, design experiments, and evaluate model performance Partner with business units to identify data‑driven opportunities or pain points Deploy models into production and maintain ongoing monitoring of performance Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendationsDesign, build, and maintain Power Apps to support business processes and user needs Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and reduce manual effort Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI Integrate applications with data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs) Implement governance, security roles, and best practices for Power Platform environments Troubleshoot app issues, optimize performance, and support end users Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prototype solutions quickly Document system configurations, workflows, and development standards Minimum QualificationsLevel 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in realted field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
