As a Surgical Tech, your mornings begin in the OR, making sure every instrument is perfectly placed, the surgical suite is fully prepped, and everything is ready for a smooth procedure. What You'll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Prior operating room experience is a plus—but new grads are welcome and will be supported by experienced mentors

Your Role Will Include:

• Setting up surgical instruments and maintaining sterile fields
• Assisting surgeons with tools, retractors, and supplies during procedures
• Ensuring strict compliance with infection control practices
• Helping turn over and prep operating rooms between cases
• Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
